About overnight stays
Adding an overnight stay for delegates on one of our bespoke programmes gains much more than just a place to rest a weary head.
It is the whole experience of a night in the woods for the group together. Right from settling into our delightful Shepherd's huts, pitching a tent or constructing a shelter, to supper and an evening spent socialising around our camp fire circle with drinks from our Woodland Bar. Whether you choose to sleep the night on the estate tucked away in a remote corner of the private woodland or closer to the main centre facilities on the lawned areas you can be assured that staying on site overnight will add an exceptional element to your programme.
Please note our on site accommodation and camping facilities are currently only availabe to those using the centre for a programme or activity session or when hiring the whole venue for a wedding or party. There is a public campsite on the estate - for more details please contact the estate office.
Shepherd's huts
Our unique Shepherds' huts, for rustic yet comfortable overnight stays in the heart of the forest. The huts can sleep up to four in bunk style accommodation. The centre cloakrooms, with hot showers, are close by.
Bivouacs and shelters
Night survival in a bivouac or shelter built by the delegates in the woods during the course of their programme. The woodland experience can be completed with a self-cook supper over a camp fire. All ingredients and equipment provided.
For groups wishing to organise activities in a more remote location The New Forest Outdoor Centre has the use of the fabulous Glan Dwr Mountain Lodge, a bunk house sleeping up to 20 in Snowdonia, North Wales.
