Our zip wire activity start with a ladder climb to the high bows of a huge oak tree. From there you can launch yourself down the zip, to whistle through the air at speed for over 70 metres.
A truly exhilarating activity and the closest to thing to flying that most of us will ever have the chance to experience! This wild ride is a great activity in its own right, requiring a leap of faith to leave the security of the tree to zip across the walled garden area to the safety of the landing zone.
The zip wire activity is often incorporated into the heart of many of our bespoke outdoor team development or leadership development programmes or it may be used at the end of the day as a great 'energy-boosting' session. It is also an ideal activity for fun team builds and adult activity sessions, especially popular with our stags. All participants wear full safety harnesses and helmets and the activity is run by fully qualified instructors.
This activity requires participants to climb a fairly tall ladder to reach the start of the zip. The activity itself, although not physically demanding, is not for the faint-hearted.
Zip wire for corporate team building and fun outdoor team building activities
The session is supervised by fully-qualified instructors at all times. All the participants in the group are fitted with full climbing equipment and are always attached to a safety rope whilst off the ground.
The zip wire is suitable for adults and children over the age of 8. It is currently not available as standard for group activity sessions where there are fewer than 24 guests in the group.
