For a fun twist on both sports, play golf with bows and arrows instead of clubs and balls
To start, participants receive a safety briefing followed by tuition on using the bow and arrows from our qualified instructors. Delegates then work their way around the course (we can set up courses from three holes). Roughs, greens, birdies and a hole in one will take on a new meaning. This activity is ideal to include in a programme or group session.
Rules of the green
Each golfing shot comprises the firing of a single arrow down the fairway in the direction of the golf hole. The first arrow is fired from the tee and the remainder from where the previous arrow landed.
At the end of a hole, the arrow is fired into a four-foot circle on the green at ground level beside the hole. Using special flu-flu arrows, particpants will take aim to see how few arrows they need to complete the course.
- Allow at least 75 mins
- Ideal for programmes and group sessions
- Suitable for adults and young people
- Reasonably physical activity
"I was dubious about the whole idea of playing golf with arrows but it was really fun - I would highly recommend this activity."
