HOW CAN I BOOK?
Call the office on 023 8028 4401 or send a quick email or complete an enquiry form. The office will get back to you with availability and prices. If you wish to proceed, you will be sent an invoice and a booking confirmation. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the signed booking confirmation.
What times are the sessions?
Our standard session times are either 09.30 to 12.30 for a morning sessin or 14.00 to 17.00 for an afternoon session, but we can usually be quite flexible.
We can run sessions any day of the week, subject to availability.
Can we come after work?
During the light summer evenings we can organise a late afternoon session. This can be combined with a BBQ and the opening of our Woodland Bar.
How many people can be in a group?
We have a minimum price, rather than a minimum group size. Please refer to our price list. The ideal number for a group is between 8 and 10 persons. We can accommodate several groups, even tens of groups in one session, with each group rotating around activities. However, with large groups we usually find it is better for clients to consider our range of Bespoke Programmes as the group will need "managing".
How many activities can I choose?
We can fit between two and three activities into our standard session, depending on the number in the group and the choice of activity.
Most of us want to do the really adventurous stuff, what is there for the less confident members of the group?
We operate a trial by choice policy and no-one is ever forced into anything. There are plenty of supporting roles on ground for those less confident or less physically able members of a group.
What happens if the weather is dreadful?
Rain does not normally stop play in the woods. Occasionally the instructors find they need to alter the programme if it is very windy.
Can children attend an adult activity session?
We can usually be quite flexible but children under 18 can not use some of the projectiles and our activities are best suited to the over eights. We offer group activity sessions and programmes especially designed for children and young people.
