The New Forest Outdoor Centre is the perfect perfect venue for conferences, meetings, weddings and private functions. Tucked away in a private estate of over a thousand acres of private wood and parkland in the heart of the New Forest National Park , it is an idyllic setting for an outdoor centre and so peaceful that guests find it hard to believe that they are just 10 minutes drive from junction 3 of the M27. We guarantee that our visitors will feel that they have left the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and have truely got "away from it all".

Meeting and conference facilities

Our large wood-clad barn and adjoining marquee provides a very flexible space. We can host meetings for small groups of day delegates or accommodate large numbers for company conferences. We offer the option of incorporating outdoor activities into the day and overnight packages for a unique forest experience for conference delegates. The venue is also perfect for hiring for meetings, private functions, special parties and our speciality - woodland wedding receptions.

Woodland Weddings

If you are dreaming of a woodland wedding or of hosting a special celebration party in the woods we have the solution! We provide the barn in its most beautiful private setting and then we work with you to organise the rest. We have the experience of almost everything, from erecting marquees on the rear deck or adjacent lawns, to stocking the bar, organising caterers, hiring additional tables and chairs and organising entertainment for your guests. On the day we will provide a site manager, stewards and staff  to run the Woodland Bar and when the night is all done, we can even offer overnight accommodation on site in our rustic Shepherd's Huts for upto 40 guests; subject to prior arrangement.

Our little haven makes guests feel they are in the middle of nowhere but in fact we are easy to reach and not miles off the beaten track. The M27 is less than ten miles away, which gives easy access to the M3 motorway. The centre is also well-served by rail. Brockenhurst Station , with its regular fast train service to London, is just a fifteen minute taxi ride away. For those travelling from further afield, there are regional airports in Bournemouth and Southampton.

From our centre we have direct acces to lawns, woods and parkland, which our visitors can enjoy. Outside the estate, there are all the delights of the New Forest National Park and we also have the Beaulieu River and Lymington Marina on our doorstep.
