Cold buffets at the New Forest Outdoor CentreProviding we are given sufficient notice we can cater for most special dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and allergies/intolerances. We always provide a different lunch menu for delegates dining with us over more than one day. Please do ask if you would like additional items such as hot soup or a dessert.

TYPICAL MENU FOR OUR COLD BUFFET SPREAD

Platter of cold meats or similar

Quiches or other savory pastry

Selection of at least three salads including a green salad, a vegetable-based salad and a pasta/rice/couscous or potato based salad

Basket of crusty bread or rolls, with butter

Cheese board with a selecion of English and Continental cheeses and chutney

Cheese crackers

Bowl of fresh fruit

Coffee and a selection of teas
