Hire our mobile climbing high ropes course

Our unique mobile climbing high ropes course is availabe for hire through out the UK. Reaching up to 13 metres skyward, the equivalent of three stories, it certainly offers challenges at height as well as standing out as a central attraction at an event. It is the perfect apparatus for either a team building event, where it will effectively engage team members, or for a fun day, where both adults and children will enjoy an unforgettable experience.

The mobile climbing high ropes course incorporates four different challenges: the low balance beam, the high balance beam, the giant crate tower and the leap of faith. The manner in which the challenges are run is dependant on the event objectives.

For family fun days and other similar events, the course can be operated on a “have a go” basis. Here our instructors take full control of the safety ropes leaving individuals to test their skills and nerve at the lofty heights. Where the objective is “team-building”, participants will first receive tuition in the techinques of group rope safety. The team will then work together, take on the different climbing challenges as well as controlling the safety ropes. The emotionally engaging experience of a height-based activity is ideal to develop trust and communication skills within the team. Which ever option is selected, all participants using our mobile climbing high ropes course are fitted with helmets and appropriate climbing harnesses and the activity is always closely supervised by our qualified instructors.

Hire Packages

We offer a range of hire packages, from out standard to our deluxe and we will be happy to discuss the various options to determine which is the most suitable to meet your requirements. Fully staffed, our mobile high ropes occupies up to 24 people at a time, not including the spectators it attracts!

Site Requirements

The structure is erected from a large trailer, which is towed behind our Land Rover to the hire site. The venue needs to have suitable access for the trailer and the structure requires a reasonably level area of at least 11 x 15 metres with a minimum of 13 metres headroom. It can stand on grass, concrete, tarmac or gravel (or inside, access permitting). The apparatus is assembled by our staff in just 90 minutes using a pulley purchase system and pack down time is around the same.

Safety

The session is supervised by fully-qualified instructors at all times. All the participants in the group are fitted with full climbing equipment and are always attached to a safety rope whilst off the ground. We hold public liability insurance to the value of £5 million and in 2009 our mobile high ropes course was chosen by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents for their Safety & Health Expo at Birmingham NEC.
