A group from Southampton General Hospital Trust spent the day exploring leadership, combining experiential learning activities with their results from Myers Briggs Type Indicator psychometric test. .This combination enabled people to gain greater awareness of how they function in their leadership role and to stretch themselves, both cognitively and emotionally.
