Our group activity sessions for adults last for three hours and are ideal for:
- Group of friends looking for a fun event
- Team building for a local sport team or club
- Alternative "stag or hen-dos"
- Exhilarating birthday parties
- Office outings and parties
We offer a vast range of activities and for most groups there is enough time to fit in at least two different activities. The session is supervised at all times by qualified instructors and we provide all the necessary safety equipment. The sky really is the limit if you choose one of our 'high' activities but there is also plenty for those who prefer to keep their feet firmly on the ground! Please contact us to discuss your idea so we can help you select the most appropriate activities for your group. For those who want to really make a day of it we can offer both a morning and afternoon session, with guests either having the use of our bbq facilities or picnicing. The estate grounds are very secluded and there would be a very private feel to the atmosphere of your session.
Rain or shine our sessions go ahead. In many of our activity areas we have all-weather shelters and the tree canopy also affords some protection should the heavens open. The only time "when rain stops play" is if the instructors feel that the prevailing weather conditions are dangerous. This very rarely happens and in these cases we would offer alternative activities.
Please note that all group sessions must be pre-booked and we regret that we are not able to offer individuals activity sessions. We take great pride in the the high standards we set ourselves for our activity sessions and we provide a personal, friendly and flexible booking procedure. Subject to prior arrangement, groups are welcome to picnic in our fabulous grounds before or after their session. Depending on availability we also offer catering, BBQs and overnight stays, either staying in our unique Shepherd's Huts or camping in the grounds.
If you wish to go further a field we organise group climbing and coasteering days on the Dorset coast and mountaineering/climbing trips from our Mountain Lodge in North Wales.
