Our woodland wedding package are designed to be flexible. After all, it is your special day and you should be able say exactly how you want things to be. We provide the most fabulous venue and a large indoor space.

Then, with the support of our wedding co-ordinator you can make decisions about everything from catering, bar arrangements, marquees to table dressings, staff and parking. We impose very few rules and can suggest plenty of original ideas. We can even offer activities for your guests on your special day. The philosophy we work to is that we want you to feel that your wedding reception really is your dream come true in the woods!

The Woodland Wedding Package gives exclusive use of the venue for up to 100 guests on your chosen day until half past midnight. The venue facilities include our wood-clad Carpenter's Barn, large south-facing Woodland Deck and adjoining lawns, Woodland Bar and cloakrooms. We can accommodate greater guest numbers - please ask for details.

During the day the bride and her bridesmaids have the use of the "honeymoon" Shepherd's Hut. This ensures that there is always somewhere private to change outfits, redo hair/makeup or simply freshen up!

In our "honeymoon" Shepherd's Hut the bunks have been replaced with a double bed! The wedding package includes overnigt accommodation for the bride and groom in the Hut, and breakfast the following morning.

To give you time to prepare the venue we allow access from 18:00 hrs on the previous day. We can usually accept delivery of items before this time by prior arrangement. If you think you will need more time to set up for your event please look at our Extended Woodland Wedding Package, which allows access for the whole of the previous day. If you would like your guests to stay overnight in the Shepherd's Hut accommodation please look at the Woodland Wedding Package with Overnight.
