We offer three types of Woodland Wedding packages:

1. Woodland Wedding Package
The first one hundred guests are included as standard in the Woodland Wedding Package. For greater guest numbers there will be an additinal charge based on additional numbers of twenty five or part twenty five guests.

The "Stocked and Staffed Bar" option incurrs no additional charge.

The "Staffed Only" bar option for guests numbers of up to 100 is subject to an handling charge. Where guest numbers exceed 100 there is an additional per head charge for each guest over 100 guests.

The cost of any marquee hire from our approved suppliers will be subjec to a management/site supervision fee.

Where guest numbers exceed 150 guests there would be a charge for the additional cloakroom facilities.

Instructors for activities will be charged at the New Forest Outdoor Centre day rate.

2. Woodland Wedding and Overnight Package
The woodland wedding and overnight package is as per our standard woodland wedding package but includes overnight bed and breakfast accommodation for upto four guest in one Shepherd's Hut. Additional huts may then be hired in advance at a reduced wedding rate by guests attending the wedding reception. If all the Shepherd's Huts are booked, camping may be available and is charged on a per person basis.

3. Extended Woodland Wedding Package
Our extended woodland wedding package is as per our standard woodland wedding package but allows access to the venue from 09:30 hrs on the previous day for event preparation, erection of marquees, table dressing, decorating of the venue etc. Shepherd's Huts may be also be hired by guests attending the wedding reception at a reduced rate. If all the Shepherd's Huts are booked, camping may be available and is charged on a per person basis.
